1. Send the approved documents, proofread, and register the issue date, document number and other records 

2. Draft a reply official document according to the company’s internal units or external communications 

3. File all kinds of documents for future reference 

4. Assist customers in querying commodity prices and quotation-related issues 

5. Responsible for organizing, filing and tracking department related documents, replying to customer letters within valid time 

Requirements

Work experience: 3 years in Admin
Education: junior college, university
