- In this position, you work as part of an expert customer service team and handle a wide range of receivables management tasks.
- As a collection handler, you negotiate with customers and principals about actions related to overdue invoices, agree on payment plans, and work closely with the district courts and the Enforcement Administration.
- Customer service, both by phone and through electronic channels, is part of your daily responsibility.
Previous experience in telephone customer service and collection business is, of course, a good background, but the most important thing is that you feel the customer service work is your own and you are excited to learn something new. We provide the training needed to do the job.
