Solve the operational needs regarding documentation, statistics, attention to cases as a second level of attention and support to Commercial Managements, based on a Share of service model
Manage, type and enter requests to the corresponding system (sales, credit notes, modification of customer data, manual invoices corresponding to re-invoicing and NRR collections, internal OT’s, feasibility, modification of SME clients) of the B2B business unit
Revalidate sales in Salesforce and escalate to next stage for installation
Validate credit notes as the first and third filter
Apply cancellations to clients due to delinquency status.
Control the storage and digitization of corporate client contracts
Support in the generation of reports, statistics, presentations that are requested
Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions.
Generate the daily report of updated tickets in the internal system (T Service)
Enter opportunities in the internal system
Tracking and releasing OT in the internal system
Review the billed services are generated correctly (Order closing)
Review the monthly pre-billing for changes and new services
Assurance of changes applied at the system level to clients
Advanced student in business administration, engineering, or related career.
English skills at an intermediate level.
