As a customer service representative, you, together with the other administrators, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. Since you will work in the front desk, the work involves personal contact with customers, both at the counter and by phone and e-mail and not least internally with our employees. You receive our customers and advise and book their orders. The duties also include receiving and handing over cars, as well as being paid for work performed.
As a customer host, you will be the first to meet our customers at the tire hotel and your task will above all be to inform and guide the customer correctly. Your goal is to provide high-quality service and to make all customers feel welcome. Some administrative tasks will also be included.
We want you to have at least upper secondary school competence or equivalent. It is an advantage if you have some experience from the car industry. You have good computer skills and a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
