Job Details

Customer service and Sales through the e-commerce store, WhatsApp Business, web chat, email, telephone and others.

Analysis of reports and preparation of reports for each channel (Identify, interpret and analyze the KPIS of the campaigns)

Monitoring and control of Mailing Campaigns and Search Campaigns in Google

Monitoring and monitoring of web metrics and results using Google Analytics

Execution of new functionalities developed on the website and ecommerce.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Advertising, Administration with an emphasis in Marketing or related career.

Proven experience as Online Customer Service / Community Manager.

Knowledge of tools such as: Google Analytics, Social Paid Media & Email Marketing.

Analytical profile, attention to detail and capacity for synthesis.

Intermediate English (B1-B2 according to the Common European Framework)

Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions
