In your role as an HR partner, you will work proactively, coaching and consultatively with business-related support for managers. The work includes strategic, tactical and operational HR issues. The role includes driving the HR perspective in the business’s management groups. You will also pursue selected HR issues at a theme and staff-wide level.
You actively support the managers in the change work, leadership and team development, personnel financial reasoning, contract interpretation, labor law and collaboration issues, competence supply and work environment issues. You participate in and / or run development projects in the HR area.
- Academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- You are confident in your role as an HR Partner and have solid experience of business-related HR in change-intensive operations. Preferably from HR-intensive industry.
