As a customer advisor, your primary task will be to serve our customers by phone and online, where you always focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality.
The customer inquiries will often be about e.g. appointment for a workshop, booking a car loan and light technical support – from which oil the car runs on to pairing the phone to the car’s system.
In addition, you will have to handle div. administrative tasks
- Has experience from customer service / customer center
- Used to working with personal goals
- You can formulate yourself in English both orally and in writing.
