Job Information:

  • Arrange the meeting rooms both before and after meetings
  • Responsible for ordering the office’s supplies, customer lunches etc.
  • Continuous inventory of office supplies
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Responsible for mail and courier management, as well as travel bookings
  • Participate in event planning

Requirements:

  • A professional approach and ability to make people feel welcome and taken care of
  • Easy to keep several tasks running at the same time
  • A good ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to unplanned situations, while not compromising on your accuracy
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish, in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English as some contact is with foreign customers
