Job Details

In order to support its development, you will work closely with management and have various missions in almost complete autonomy:

Support for Customers: monitoring of purchases and areas for improvement in relation to objectives; constitution of purchasing dashboards; monitoring of year-end discounts related to negotiated contracts; production of monthly information newsletters

relationship with clients and suppliers on the resolution of questions concerning files

Laboratories relations: verification of purchasing statistics; verification of contracts; support for budgets (negotiation, planning, verification)

Planning of actions for GIEs (training, meetings, etc.)

Realization of communication supports and reporting tools

Administrative support

Job Experience

2 Year of Professional experience required

Training management, purchasing

Your know-how & skills:

Perfect command of office tools (word, excel, ppt) – imperative

Mastery of creation software (communication tools) and newsletters (send in blue)

Perfectly at ease with purchasing performance indicators in order to be able to enter and monitor purchasing contracts (notion of commitment, triple net …)
