Job Description

Its main functions will be:

  • Dialogue with clients
  • Preparation and presentation of budgets
  • Negotiation with suppliers / subcontractors; supervision and control of works.
  • Supervise staff, frequency, discipline, use of equipment, security, and uniforms.
  • Control and supervise the work carried out.

Job Experience

  • Degree: Technical Architecture and / or similar.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in position: budget management, subcontractors and personnel, both in renovations and maintenance of facilities.
  • Driving license.
